Refund policy

 

Dutch law applies to all orders placed with Uniq Watch Mods.

Refunds:
No returns are accepted. 

Partial refunds can be applied exclusively to the following situations:
1. The watch movement has been broken during transport. 
2. The watch has been damaged during transport. 

In the rare case that the watch movement has been broken during transport or the watch has been damaged during transport you need to contact me within 3 days after having received the package. 

In this specific case please send an email to: uniqwatchmods@gmail.com. A fee of €25 or the shipping costs (whichever of the two is highest) will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded to the customer.

Changing or canceling an order:
An order can be changed or canceled within 48 hours. In that case, an email needs to be sent to: uniqwatchmods@gmail.com. In case the order is canceled a cancellation fee of €25 applies.

If more than 48 hours have passed the order cannot be changed or canceled anymore. This is due to the fact that all the necessary parts are ordered individually to assemble the watch that has been preordered by the client. 

All watches are custom-made on a pre-order basis. This means that all the necessary parts are ordered and assembled to create a watch that is built to the client's specific needs. Because Uniq Watch Mods builds custom watches final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 


Sale items:
Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
