This watch resembles the aesthetics of the Sub from the 1960's and the 1970's. The vintage Subs were lighter than the modern Subs and wore more elegantly on the wrist. The vintage color lume gives you the feeling that you are wearing a classic timepiece on your wrist. This watch pays homage to that design, but is powered by an affordable workhorse movement from Seiko: the Seiko NH35 automatic movement.

This watch gives you a vintage feeling, while using modern and reliable materials.

Disclaimer: this is a custom build watch. I have created this watch using a Seiko movement. All other parts are not made by Seiko.

Flat sapphire crystal with 2.5 times date magnifier at 3 o'clock.
Mercedes hands.
Vintage-colored green lume.
Vintage style Oyster bracelet (3-link bracelet) with hollow end links and pressed clasp.
Black aftermarket dial with printed Seiko logo and date window at 3 o'clock.
Black aluminum bezel insert.
10ATM waterproof (suitable for showering, swimming, surfing, and snorkeling).

This watch can be customized by adding a custom dial and/or a custom case back to your order.

Brushed Oyster bracelet with a total length of 190mm.
The 6 removable links can bring the length of the bracelet down to a maximum of 140mm.

Spring bar removal tool (to remove the bracelet).
Mini screwdriver (to adjust the bracelet).

Shipping

Total time from order to shipping: 2-3 weeks.

Every watch is produced on a made-to-order basis.

This means that all the necessary parts to build this watch are going to be ordered once the payment amount is in on the company bank account (usually 2 days after you complete the checkout).

It then takes 2-2,5 weeks for all the parts of the watch to arrive, for the watch to be assembled and to be made waterproof (if applicable).

The watch is then shipped with PostNL (The Netherlands, Belgium) or DHL (rest of the world). The tracking number is shared via email.
