Shipping policy
Uniq Watch Mods orders all the necessary parts for the client's watch 48 hours after the order has been placed.
In case the necessary watch parts are in stock the order will be shipped out within 3 working days. For delivery times per region, please check "Delivery times per region" below.
In case (some of) the necessary watch parts are not in stock, these will need to be ordered from the suppliers. The parts will then take 14-21 business days to arrive in The Netherlands. All parts are then inspected and hand assembled. This means that the watches will be shipped out to the customers within 20-30 business days. For delivery times per region, please check "Delivery times per region" below.
Customers receive a track & trace number via e-mail in order to be able to track the status of their order (from shipment to delivery).
Shipping costs:
- The Netherlands: free on orders over €100 in value, €20 for orders with a value below €10
- European Union: €25
- North America: €30
- Rest of the world: €30

- The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
- Belgium & Germany: 2-5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3-12 business days
- US & Canada: 6-12 business days
- Latin America: 8-16 business days
- Africa: 7-20 business days
- Middle East: 5-20 business days
- Asia: 7-20 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- New Zealand: 11-20 business days
VAT and import taxes:
VAT is included in all the prices mentioned on the website. All customers in the European Union are exempt from import taxes and customs taxes. Customers outside the EU are responsible for paying import taxes and customs taxes themselves.
